The staff of Country Store Venison Processing would like to thank you for allowing us to accommodate your venison processing needs for the 2009 hunting season. Because of you, we had a terrific year! The 2010-2011 season is expected to be plentiful. With four successful years under our belt, we anticipate a much faster turnaround for your product. We will continue to process archery and pre-rifle season animals (both raw and processed orders) as they come in. Therefore archers and pre-rifle season hunters will not have to wait until the first of the year to get their product.

We have streamlined some of our behind the scenes procedures. The streamlining includes: more efficient invoicing and replacing a handwritten batch system with a computer-based system. This will allow us to offer you even more options for your smoked venison products, including the addition of cheese flavored products and a very popular ring kielbasa. Country Store Venison Processing has also adopted strict cleaning and trimming standards for community trim, striving for the cleanest possible product to ensure freshness and taste. We will still offer private batch processing, but private batches will not be started until all community products have been processed. Private batches this year are still 25 pounds per item per flavor with no exceptions.

With faster returns on product, we request that your order be picked up within five (5) days after being notified of completion. Any order left more than thirty (30) days without prior consent, will be considered abandoned and disposed of immediately. Cooler and freezer space is limited, so your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

(Prices Include: Vac packing in approximate 2 lbs. packs and labeling. Space is limited. Product needs to be picked up within 5 days of notification. All prices are based on the finished weight, except whole muscle and ground jerky.)

PRIVATE BATCHES OF BONELESS VENISON

We will process private batches for an additional charge.
Minimum 25 lb. per item per flavor - $10.00 Additional fee per item per flavor.
Private batches will not be started until all community product has been processed.

A $20 deposit is required on all product dropped off for custom processing.
Accepting carcass and boneless venison from September 15 - February 28.
