Pig Roasting*, Chicken BBQ and On-site Grilling

ROASTER AND GRILLING OPTIONS:

1. Hog Chef and Roaster: Includes Roaster, Hog, and Professional Hog Roaster. Will come Cook the Pig on site, carve it and serve the pig in your dishes. Can Be au naturale or with Country Store's Famous BBQ Sauces. 100 person Minimum.

Preparation and Cooking: Our Hand Selected Farm fresh Country Store Hogs are slowly Roasted in our roasters brought to the site. Before Roasting all of our Hogs are seasoned with our Special Rub. You can expect the Chef to be on site cooking for 7 to 10 hours, (depending on the size of the hog). This is prior to the carving time and you can expect him there for an additional hour or more to carve and clean up. Please work this time into the scheduling of your event. Depending on the size of the event or special requests, some roasting services may require the hog to be precooked the night before and delivered in roasters for presentation and carving.

2. Pick Up Roasted Hog: Hog fully cooked and picked up hot ... Will stay hot for approximately 6 hrs.

3. Delivered Roasted Hog: Hog fully cooked and delivered hot ... Will stay hot for approximately 6 hrs.
100 Person Minimum.

4. Chicken BBQ Chef and Roaster: Includes Roaster, Chicken, and Professional Chicken BBQ Chef - 100 person Min. Will come Cook the Chicken on site, and serve the chicken in your dishes.

5. Pick up Chicken BBQ: Chicken fully Cooked and delivered hot - 100 Person Min.

Other Roasted or Grilled Main Entrees ... including Chef and Grill/Roaster: Marinated Boneless Chicken, Lamb Roast, Steam Ship or Marinated Top Rounds, Marinated Shish Kabobs, Marinated Boneless Pork Loin, Sausage, Prime Rib, Spare Ribs, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

Note: Chafing Pans, Aluminum Roasting Pans with Lids, Serving Dishes, and Serving Utensils are not provided in our service, but are necessary for carving and serving the pig. These items are the responsibilty of the customer to be provided at the event for the chef to utilize.
