Instructions for Shipping Rates and Shipping Policies.
- Orders must be received by 4:00pm on Friday to be shipped the following week.
- Each address requires separate shipping charges.
- All orders are sent via FedEx.
- There is a handling charge of $3 on all orders which applies to each delivery address.
- You may select FedEx Two Day or Overnight delivery. Rates are calculated by a plug-in to fedex.com.
- Orders from January thru November will only be shipped FedEx Two Day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. During the month of December orders will only be shipped FedEx Two Day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
- FedEx cannot guarantee Two Day Shipment during such instances as bad weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.

FedEx Ground Shipping:
Ship a package up to 30 lbs in any of the states listed below and the flat rate is $20.00. Deliveries will be guaranteed in 2 business days. Shipping days for ground are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Ground Delivery has no special charge for Saturday delivery.
Valid states available for ground shipping include: Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.
The valid states may change depending on the season.

Please Note:
We guarantee delivery to the address given us on the original order ONLY if delivery is made on the FIRST attempt. Federal Express CAN NOT forward deliveries and our products WILL NOT withstand reshipment because of their perishable nature. Therefore, please double check all addresses for accuracy in every detail.
Country Store Guarantees product to arrive in refrigerated condition at or below 40 degrees internal temperature. If there is any question that those who are receiving product WILL NOT be home, make arrangements for someone to be available to refrigerate the product. ALL Country Store Meat Products are Perishable and NEED TO BE refrigerated upon receipt. If your order does not arrive in refrigerated condition, do not use, and contact Country Store for immediate replacement.
